I love therapy! But I also love other things, too. Like Cheesy Blasters and Sabor de Soledad.
In short, my life is like this blog: therapy is the theme, but I work in stories about normal people things like current events and backpacking adventures and frequent bouts of indigestion from eating too much Sabor de Soledad.
So please don’t be deterred by the title or because of that one horrible therapist who made you cry as a child. I’m a fun, hip, sassy therapist lady who says it like it is when you have daddy issues or when your fly is undone.
I’m in.
Welcome to crazytown!

Love your blog – haven’t stopped laughing since I found it!
That’s the news I like to hear!
You take a hot dog.
Wrap it in some jack cheese.
Roll it in a pizza.
Love your blog. Thanks for posting!
Thanks Meat Cat!
oops… you had me checking my fly ;-)
Lol. Hope everything is ok down there. Thanks for the follow!
I agree, therapy’s great! We (by we I mean others, obviously) won’t hesitate to seek a physiotherapist when a tendonitis needs to be treated… But to treat a head bobo (I’m 40-yrs old and I couldn’t come up with a better word than bobo), no siree… We’ll (the same we) hesitate, and if we seek help, we’ll keep it hush hush.
Looking forward to reading you.
Indeed, I am extensively trained in fixing head boo-boos.
I also take care of an occasional freakout or episode of life sucks.
Thank you for stopping by and for the follow!
Lysa, there’s an ongoing thread on triggers and bipolar on my blog. My wife lives with bipolar and I tried covering triggers as seen by a caregiver. Thought it might interest you: http://clownonfire.wordpress.com/2012/03/07/triggers/.
Thanks!
Hello! I just discovered your blog and look forward to following your posts in the future. I’m a psychologist/mom/blogger/make-it-up-as-i-go kind of gal myself–its nice to encounter other creative types out there, especially in our field. Good luck to you!
Thanks so much! I’m glad you found me!
